Elastic one-component general purpose acetoxy silicone sealant

Use: It is suitable for all medium to large-scale construction & glazing requirements.
6003 is also ideal for heating & ventilating-ducting, electrical connections and waterproofing control boxes etc. Can be used on virtually glazing frame material, such as glass, wood, PVC, aluminium etc.

Elastic two-component pitch polyurethane pavement joint sealant
 

Use: For sealant joints in concrete pavement, roads, bridge decks, air-field runways and warehouses. It is more efficient and cost effective, capable of accommodating above average movement and severe climatic condition, unlike convention hot poured bituminous pavement sealants, which become less flexible at lower temperatures and shorter life due to high age hardening.

HYCHEM E200

Two component epoxy primer for E400

Use : It is a solvent base 2 component epoxy primer for:

- bonding new concrete to old, new cement mortar to old where high bonding

  strength is required.
- bonding between similar material or different material eg, mortar, wood,  

  concrete, stone, granite, glass, porcelain marble, ceramic tiles and various

  metals.
- provide waterproofing, corrosion-proofing, wear resistance to concrete and

HYCHEM E400

Two component epoxy coating; epoxy screed and epoxy mortar for floor
 

Use:

i) Solvent based epoxy coating (E400SB)-
Is a solvent based high build epoxy coating which provides a hard wearing, chemical resistant, decorative and easy maintenance coating. Areas of application are: clean room, floor coating, laboratory, wall coating, AHU room etc….

ii) Self-leveling epoxy floor screed (E400SL) -
It is a 100 % solid self-leveling floor topping; industrial grade; hard wearing floor which is seamless, dust-free and easy to maintain. Also has good chemical resistant properties and high tolerance to mechanical damage. Areas of applications are : breweries/food industries, electronic & computer, electrical related industries, clean room, car parks, pharmaceutical industry, secondary containment for the storage of hazardous materials etc….

iii) Epoxy mortar floor topping (E400MT) -

It is ideal for use in applications where impervious floor topping and extremely high strength is required. Has excellent chemicals resistance against most kinds of industrial chemical. Due to its hard wearing properties, it is very suitable for vehicular and heavy duty services. Areas of applications are : chemical plants, car parks,food industry, mills, forklift traffic, loading / unloading bays, resurfacing worn-out floor, heavy engineering plants etc……..
