Use: Torqseal 40071 and 40072 are widely used in the following applications:-
- Prevent screws, nuts and bolts from getting loose, leaking and rusting.
- Use as a locking paint and indicator.
- As filler for loosen plastic & metal parts.
- PCB assembly, video, audio, computer, printer and telephone.

Use : Hi-chem cyanoacrylate adhesive can be applied in all fields such as electronic machinery, electric machinery, computer assembly, medical electric equipment, business machinery, automobiles, airplanes, optical instruments, precious metal ornaments and etc. It exhibits instant and strong adhesion on most materials or substrates. Adhesion can be obtained within 10 seconds to 3 minutes depends on the requirement of the use.

Use : Hi-chem hot-melt as a fast setting adhesive is used on automatic sealing machine as well as automatic casing machine for PCB assembly, packaging, electronic tacking, mounting, potting and coil terminating. It has superior adhesion to most plastics, glass and shock resistance.

Use: It is applied to the base and mounting studs of transistors diode and any device that require cooling. STC 746 will not dry out, harden or melt even after long term exposure to temperature up to 200ºC and maintain a positive heat sink seal.

Packaging: 100g/tube, 1kg/can and 5kg/can

Use: Due to its high heat resistance, fast surface drying, non-conductive, good workability and high performance self-extinguishing properties of flammability UL-94VO, it is very suitable for PCB parts insulating, mounting and sealing.

It is also suitable for bonding vulcanized rubber, metal, plastic and a wide range of materials. Assure a neat bonding finish, filling and sealing effects.

Packaging: 170g/tube and 5kg/can

Use: For bonding of surface mounted devices to printed circuit boards prior to wave soldering. Ideally suited where very high speed dispensing, high dot profile, high wet strength and high electrical specifications are required. Hi-chem E30F is particularly suitable where low curing temperature are required for heat sensitive components or short curing times are required, (typically 90-120 secs @ 100ºC).
Whereby E30S recommended conditions for curing are exposure to heat above 100ºC, (typically 90 -120 secs @ 150ºC). The rate of cure and final strength will depend on the residence time at the cure temperature.

Use: Widely used as a sealing material in electrical equipment, PCB assembly, vehicles, aircraft lining and coating. RTV Silicone has excellent properties such as good electrical insulation, high temperature stability, good resistance to ozone, weather, water etc..
